I am happy to give everyone a sneak peak at our new website that will eventually become the new home of Shawn Sullivan Photography and Jensen Photography. Let me introduce you to Your Story Photography!

Exciting things are happening! | July 23 and 24

The weekend of the 23rd was quite busy.  To start, we were in Northfield, MN, on Saturday photographing the Moe's 50th wedding anniversary (above image). It was fun to hear all of the stories and see all of the different people who are decades older than us. Many more images to come.

Then...

Sunday, a day after the Moe's anniversary we were in East Bethel, MN, photographing Justin's six month pictures. It went very well and we got a lot of great images. The image below is just a teaser of things to come!

Vacation. Spain! | May 17 - June 1

Shawn Sullivan Photography looks like a pretty dormant place as of late - at least by the looks of this blog. Fear not, we are alive! Shawn Sullivan Photography has been working diligently over the last five months to provide you with an update. 

Since our last update (Potluck and the Hot Dishes, February 26) we have been crazy busy. Things like 3-month infant pictures, two engagement sessions, a wedding, senior portraits, and family portraits have been taking up many of our weekends. But don't think we haven't taken time the time to enjoy ourselves either. From May 17 until June 1, Christina and I took a vacation to Spain. And while I am going to spare all of you the details right now, I thought I would give a quick teaser at some of the images we took while we were there. Enjoy!

Potluck and the Hot Dishes | February 26

On Saturday, February 28, we had the opportunity to spend the evening photographing the band "Potluck and the Hot Dishes" at the Contented Cow in Northfield, Minnesota.  It was a fun night filled with food, photography, and music.  The image above, and the images after the break, are just a few taken that night.

Just for Kix | Portrait Session

Jensen Photography and Shawn Sullivan Photography teamed up to take on the task of photographing the Just for Kix dance studio today.  Above is a snapshot (unedited) of our set up and, after the break, a couple of portraits from the session. Feel free to let us know what you think, your thoughts and comments are most certainly welcome!

Megan | Senior Portraits

Here is our newest project, Meghan's senior portraits.  Jensen photography and I spent the day in and around Centennial Lakes Parks capturing those perfect shots. The image above is just a sample of the many we took today.
